When Seeking Starts Taking You Further From Yourself

You didn't come to Spirituality because you were incapable of guiding yourself.
You came because something in you was waking up.

A restlessness you could no longer explain away. A sense that the life & identity you'd been living inside of. Could no longer contain the fullness of who you were becoming.

So you did the responsible thing. You looked for guidance.

You followed teachers. Learned their language. Worked the practices. Collected certifications for methods that promised the key to finally breaking through to yourself.

& some of it was indispensable. 

But beneath all of that seeking, another experience has quietly taken root. You're further from your own voice than you expected to be.

You receive an insight...Then search for someone else to validate it.

You feel a clear inner ‘NO’. Then soften it, explain it away, or turn it in on yourself labelling it 'a projection'. 

You sense a transmission longing to come forward through you. Then seek more training, validation, healing...proof, before you dare claim it.

Over time, Spirituality can begin to feel like another place where you must edit yourself.

Another set of standards to meet.

Another stream of voices implying that you’re always one course, reading, session, initiation…breakthrough away from finally being enough.

This is what happens when the path meant to bring you closer to yourself, teaches you to keep looking away from yourself for the answer.

The exhaustion you feel isn't a sign that you've lost your way. It's the part of you that knows you're ready to stop outsourcing your authority in Spirit & come back to the inborn truth that has been waiting to break free through you...

Into life.

You were taught that the Divine is something you earn access to.

That first you have to become healed enough...

Then, perhaps, you'll be ready to claim what’s moving through you.

It's an elegant belief because it gives you a task. It makes the waiting feel responsible.

It turns self abandonment into devotion and calls the distance between you and your own Spirit “the work”

& it's why so many intuitive women become exquisitely skilled at auditing themselves, kept busy, refining all the places that need to be ‘fixed’. 

You learn to make your truth more palatable before you speak it.

To filter the guidance that comes from within you, through someone else's lens.

To turn every unpolished part of you, into evidence that you still need fixing.

To mistake your complexity for some kind of contamination.

But the Divine isn't waiting at the end of your self improvement project.

They're waiting to be deeply felt. To let those layers of old pain, those trespasses against yourself and others, be met and laid to rest. 

The parts of you that were deemed, inconvenient, furious, ambitious, grieving, untamed, or unwilling to remain small were never proof that you had strayed from the path.

You are the path, and all those parts that make up your whole. Are your means of paving it. 

They're the very places the path to your own self realization, has been trying to reach you.

There’s a difference between being willing to meet yourself honestly and making yourself into a permanent renovation site. To witness the whole of your complexity.

Meeting those places that have grown, and refined. In partnership with those rough edges that still live in the shadows. 

Rather than living occupied in everything you need to fix about yourself. Keeping you from receiving what is already yours.

Because, as long as you're always becoming worthy, you never have to confront the more dangerous truth. 

You already are.

& no teacher, tradition, method, or gatekeeper has the authority to decide whether you're ready to come home to yourself.

The Belief That Your Wholeness Is Always Waiting on the Other Side of More Work

Most Spiritual approaches give you a doctrine or framework to adopt and live through the lens of.

A teacher names the terrain. A method gives you steps. A modality gives you language and reason for all the suffering of this life.

For a while, this can be useful. It can offer structure when life has broken open and you don't yet know how to hold what's rising awake within you.

But an adopted framework becomes a problem when it becomes containment, rather than a cast we break open, when it's time to learn the terrain ourselves. 

When every feeling must be translated through someone else’s framework before you can trust it, your own direct experience becomes secondary.

You begin to measure what's true by whether it's recognizable to a teacher, approved by a tradition, or validated by the language of a method.

You don't mean to give your authority away.
You're trying to be careful. Responsible. Devoted to getting it right.

Yet little by little, you learn to pause before believing yourself.

You wait for a reading to confirm what your body already knows.

You search for the teaching that can explain the grief, the desire, the places that ache in you, the undeniable inner movement of potency and potential you feel, alive within you.

& the more you learn, the more distant your own knowing begins to feel.

Because no one taught you how to recognize your own direct contact, as enough.

There comes a point when, having more language doesn't give you more freedom. When more healing doesn't facilitate that greater wholeness you were seeking.

When more guidance doesn't bring you closer to the Source of...anything, other than disillusionment.

It can only make you more fluent in the story that you're still not ready.

Divine By Nature is here to help you recognize the inborn path beneath the outer systems that are born through the channel's of others.

The one no teacher can own, and no external authority can grant or withhold.

Before I entered formal Spirituality. Contact with the Divine, and the supernatural, was unconditional. 

I was naturally perceptive. I experienced things that fell outside of the ordinary. It was simply part of how I moved through the world.

I hadn't ever received any evidence, or feedback from direct contact with Spirit...or the like, that I had to earn access to it. It was always pressing into life. 

Then I entered the Spiritual industry because I wanted language for the experiences.

I wanted to refine my capacities and wield them, rather than be dragged along my them. I wanted a way to hold what was coming alive within me.

Some of that support gave shape to experiences I had struggled to understand. It gave me practices that brought steadiness, discernment, and capacity to have a more stable conversation with my gifts. 

But it also placed conditions over what had once been innate. 

Suddenly, there were levels. Rules. Correct interpretations. Approved ways to receive.

An endless supply of people who positioned themselves as the authority holding my answers. When I wanted to learn how to hold my own. 

The more I tried to become legitimate through the lens of the Spiritual industry, the further I moved from the original intimacy with Spirit that had brought me there in the first place.

So I stepped back.

Because I needed enough silence to hear what was actually mine again.

There were indeed, countless detours. Long seasons of uncertainty. There was no authority outside of me who could certify that I was doing anything right.

But something more valuable than anyone signing off on me grew from this place. The strengthening of my own discernment, self responsibility and an inner center of personal authority. 

Over time, I learned to meet the inner planes we all have access to, without needing someone else to interpret every threshold for me.

I learned to separate what was true in my own experience from what had been placed over it. I built a firm internal foundation that could receive guidance, apply tools, and still remain rooted in itself.

That's the work inside Divine By Nature.

It took me over a decade and I present this work to give you a compass and map of our inherent inner landscape. Free of doctrine or any requirement to earn it, for it is yours inherently.

A compass for releasing what has obscured your own inborn path. So you can explore the landscape within yourself.

Learning directly from the mysteries already available to you, and let that contact inform the life you are here to live.

The Threshold Only You Can Cross

There are teachers who can name what's happening to you with startling precision.

They can offer language for the threshold opening within you. They can illuminate patterns you've not yet been able to see yourself. They can give you practices that steady you long enough to stay present with what's opening.

And still, there is a point they can't cross for you.

Because no one else can step through the threshold of that internal opening for you. It's a path walked, between you and your beloved Spirit. 

When you recognize that the thing you've been seeking permission to access isn't outside of you, hidden behind the right teacher, method, initiation, or level of healing.

It's already here, waiting for you to recognize its presence. 

Your Spirit doesn't need an intermediary to reach you.

It doesn't require you to become more Spiritual, or less human before it can speak.

That is the shift.

It has nothing to do with a grand escape provided by the golden teacher or a secret tool. Nor, a declaration that you'll never need support again.

It's a return to the cultivation of your own authority, amidst it all. 

A refusal to keep placing the Source of your life outside the life that's already moving through you.

You're the one who decides when it's time to let them come together, into wholeness.
